Full-Coverage Medical Insurance

Nova Technologies offers a full-coverage medical insurance plan from Aetna for employees and their families. Employees pay a portion of the monthly premium and deductible.

Dental and Vision Coverage

Nova Technologies offers our employees and their immediate families with vision and dental coverage through Guardian. Employees may choose between different vision networks tailored to their specific needs.

Life and Disability Insurance

Nova Technologies offers $100,000 term life insurance coverage to every employee.  This coverage is provided at no cost to our employees. Additional group term coverage up to $500,000 is available for employees and up to $250,000 for their dependents at a nominal rate.


Nova Technologies offers both short and long term disability insurance to our employees. This coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.




401(k) and Profit Sharing

Nova Technologies offers a 401(k) Deferred Compensation and Profit Sharing plan to all employees. As participants in the 401(k) plan, employees may elect to contribute up to the maximum allowed by the IRS. These contributions may be made as a regular 401(k) deferral (pre-tax) or as a Roth 401(k) deferral (after-tax). Nova Technologies also contributes a match to employee contributions in accordance with company policy. Nova Technologies may also make an annual profit-sharing contribution to the 401(k) plan.


Tuition Assistance Plan

Nova Technologies recognizes its employees as vital resources whose talents are critical to the success of the Company. The Tuition Assistance Plan encourages self-improvement through formal education so employees can improve or maintain job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs with Nova Technologies. To qualify for tuition assistance, a course, certificate, or degree, including an advanced degree, must be pursed through an institution accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency and meet a certain criteria.

Family Scholarship Program

Nova Technologies Scholarship Program was established to provide student scholarships to current employee's immediate families. Scholarships are awarded for a period of one academic semester. The award is intended to be used for college tuition, fees, and books for the awardees. Prospective scholarship recipients must complete and submit an application along with official transcripts from an accredited college/university or high school.
